Executive Vice President of SSC Sales and Operations

Scott began his career in 1991 working as summer help in an American Olean wall tile plant. Following his college graduation, he joined the Armstrong World Industries management training program, beginning with American Olean in Baltimore. There, he quickly advanced through a series of leadership roles overseeing Sales Service Centers (SSCs).
Following Dal-Tile’s acquisition of American Olean in 1995, Scott’s leadership and operational expertise led to progressively expanded responsibilities across the organization. His roles included General Manager of SSC & Home Center Operations, General Manager of Countertop, and Regional Vice President of Sales for both the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest regions.
In 2017, Scott was appointed Vice President of Sales Service Centers SBU, and in 2019 he was named Senior Vice President of Sales for Dal-Tile. In 2025, his responsibilities expanded further when he assumed the role of Executive Vice President, adding oversight of SSC Operations and SSC Sales Technology.
Dal-Tile is the largest manufacturer and marketer of tile, natural stone, and countertop products used in residential and commercial spaces throughout North America.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix. He and his wife Amy have been married for 31 years and are the proud parents of three children: Kate (26), Hannah (21), and Luke (21).
