I am not a mind reader nor a neuroscientist, but brain science is embedded in my work teaching mindfulness. I am an MMTCP certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher, and eternal student, in how to reset the mind and nervous system through intentional practice. I train brains to think and feel better, including my own. I work regularly with private companies and first responders in crisis intervention, and have witnessed the life-changing benefits mindfulness practices can have on individuals and organizations. My intention is to empower people to thrive, which I believe starts from inside our own heads. I focus on Creative Mindset and Mindful Leadership.

Beyond teaching mindfulness meditation, I'm an Eternal Artist, Co-Owner of Vallefuoco Contractors, Board Member of National Tile Contractors Association, and Founder of Disability Inclusion Guild®. I'm also an innate overthinker, fidgety meditator, and a lifelong science geek. My tiny contribution to this world is to empower fellow humans to minimize the suffering in our heads. l use research-based neuroscience, mindfulness, and psychology principles in my my Wisdom On Tap® workshops. I am always grateful to speak in the tile world! As Co-owner of a Washington, DC area tile company for almost 27 years and an NTCA board member, I hope to give back to this industry that's given so much to me!
