My name is Elisa Goldin, and I am Technical Coordinator for Industrial Solutions at Fila Solutions S.p.A. SB. I hold a Master’s Degree in Chemical Sciences for Conservation and Restoration from Venice, where I developed a strong foundation in materials science and the chemistry of cultural heritage.
In my current role, I bridge scientific research and industrial application, focusing on the protection, maintenance, and long-term performance of natural stone and surface materials. My background in conservation science shapes my approach to stone protection: I look at materials not only in terms of performance, but also durability, compatibility, and sustainability.
Through my work, I collaborate with industry professionals to develop solutions that respect the intrinsic characteristics of natural stone while enhancing its resilience. During my presentation, I will share insights on effective strategies for the protection and conservation of natural stone surfaces.
