Crosby Hall is the Chief Administrative Officer and fourth-generation owner of her family business, Louisville Tile. Louisville Tile is a regional distributor in the Midwest servicing five states. Crosby's educational journey includes a bachelor’s in business management from the University of Louisville and a masters in HR and organizational development from Indiana Wesleyan.
Over her 20 plus history at the company, Crosby has honed her expertise in HR, Learning and Development, Products, and Marketing. Her secret to success? A genuine passion for creating connections, both with employees and customers alike. It's this dedication to meaningful relationships that has contributed to Louisville Tile's recognition as one of Kentucky's Best Places to Work for an impressive eleven consecutive years. Crosby's other passions include empowering women, championing family businesses, serving on on the CTDA board, and cherishing precious moments with her own family.
