Becky Serbin is the Education Director for the National Tile Contractors Association, widely recognized as the world’s largest association of tile contractors. Becky has been in the construction industry for 20 years holding various positions that led her to a vast understanding of third party testing, code requirements, product development, and training. Becky has spent her time at NTCA working with members and leading tile industry professional in developing NTCA University which is used by NTCA members for training their new and veteran employees, working with the NTCA Technical Committee and the NTCA Methods & Standards Committee.
