Raymond Mancini, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of UCX, the largest full-line flooring distributor in the United States. A third-generation leader, Ray has been instrumental in the company’s evolution and aggressive national expansion. Under his leadership, UCX has significantly broadened its national footprint through the strategic acquisitions of JJ Haines and Swiff-Train Company. Most recently, Ray spearheaded the 2025 rebranding of the organization to UCX, uniting the business’s diverse identities under a single, customer-centric mission while maintaining its legacy as a family-owned enterprise.
Ray holds an undergraduate degree from Boston College and an MBA from Bryant University. When he isn't shaping the strategic direction of the flooring industry, he enjoys poker, chess, cooking, and hitting the golf course.
