Ken Ottinger has been involved in construction quality in the US for over 20 years, with experience in healthcare, airport, higher-ed, government, gaming and hospitality industries. Currently, as Kitchell's Director of Quality and previously, working with Criterium Engineers, Ken has contributed to project design and forensic needs in 35 states. With experience in design review, course-of-construction documentation, and forensic investigation, Ken's primary focus is Quality Program development and improvement, with an emphasis on risk management documentation, improved job-site communications and construction process improvement through early engagement, transparent communications and multi-displine coordination.
