Ron Nash is President and COO – North America at LATICRETE, where he has served for more than 22 years. He operates at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—designing systems that position the company and the industry for long-term relevance and growth.

Ron is widely recognized for modernizing a legacy category. He architects scalable product platforms, advances world-class manufacturing disciplines, and integrates emerging technologies—including AI—into strategy, operations, and product development. His leadership focuses on building a durable competitive advantage while elevating the role of craftsmanship in a rapidly evolving construction landscape.

He currently serves on the board of the Tile Heritage Foundation and previously served on the board of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA). As a founding member of Mindset Matters, an industry association dedicated to mental health and leadership development, Ron champions resilience, clarity, and disciplined thinking as core leadership capabilities.

A recipient of the Captain Don Peak Award for Exceptional Leadership and the Timothy J. Alper Award for Outstanding Customer Service, Ron combines strategic vision with operational depth—shaping not just company performance, but the future direction of the tile and stone industry.
