Justine Poli, a graduate in Advertising and an international sales professional, serves as International Sales and Operations Coordinator at her family-owned quarry in Brazil, where she represents the third generation of leadership in the natural stone industry.

With a strong global outlook, Justine has been steadily building expertise in the granite block market across Asia and Europe while also expanding her knowledge in the sale of processed stone slabs to the United States. Her professional journey is shaped by hands-on learning, close collaboration with experienced industry leaders, and a deep understanding of both raw materials and value-added products.

As a woman stepping into a traditionally male-dominated industry, Justine embodies a new model of leadership — one that is grounded, strategic, and purpose-driven. She believes that meaningful innovation must be built on solid foundations, respecting the history and values of the natural stone sector while thoughtfully embracing new technologies and modern market demands.

Beyond her professional role, Justine’s international perspective has been shaped by her postgraduate studies in California, where she met her Chilean husband, Oscar. Today, they work side by side in the countryside of Brazil, committed to strengthening and evolving the legacy of her family’s business. Guided by resilience, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning, Justine is dedicated to helping shape a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable future for the global natural stone industry.
